In this project we built an Accessory Dwelling Unit of 650 sqf. to accommodate for a family member that had moved closer to the family and required a self sufficient unit with fully functional kitchen, standing shower, in suite laundry, king size bedroom along with spacious living room. We have lots of natural daylight coming onto the suite along with the energy efficient tankless hot water and mini split system.
